A luxury portrait experience, right where the party is.
Give your guests a gift they’ll actually keep. We bring the backdrop, studio lighting and a professional photographer, and every guest leaves with a classic black and white portrait in hand.
The favor your guests will actually keep.
Most favors get left on the table at the end of the night. A great portrait never does. The Social Portrait gives every guest flattering studio light, a photographer who knows how to make them look their best, and a black and white print to take home. It’s your thank-you for coming, and the one they’ll put in a frame.
-
Conferences, office days and team events. Everyone gets a polished headshot without leaving the building.
-
A real portrait of every guest, not just the ones who made it into the family photos.
-
Birthdays, holiday parties and fundraisers, with a setup that looks beautiful in the room.
-
Give people a reason to stop at your booth or pop-up, and a portrait they’ll want to share.
Your guests’ night, start to finish
Lights
We set the stage
Before your doors open, we turn a corner of your venue into a polished studio with our backdrop, lights and printer, ready to go.
Camera
Your guests step in
Solo, as a couple or with the whole table. We coach every pose, so nobody has to wonder what to do with their hands.
Action
Finished on the spot
We give each frame a careful black and white edit right there at the event, then send it to print as a 4×6 within minutes.
Wrap
A table full of faces
Prints are laid out as they come off the printer, so guests can spot themselves, laugh at their friends and take theirs home. The bride or host gets the full digital gallery afterward.
Good to know
Photo booths are a fun, self-serve keepsake. The Social Portrait is a guided portrait session: a professional photographer, studio lighting and help with posing, so every guest leaves with a polished black and white portrait worth framing.
How is this different from a photo booth?
1
What will the portraits look like?
2
Classic black and white, shot against a clean backdrop in studio light. It’s our house style because it flatters everyone and never goes out of date.
What do guests take home?
3
A 4×6 print of their own portrait, handed to them the same night. It’s the party favor that actually makes it home, and usually onto the fridge or into a frame. After the event, the bride or host receives the complete digital gallery to share.
Do we still need a wedding photographer?
Yes. We don’t photograph your ceremony or document the day. Your photographer and videographer handle that, and we set up alongside them so every guest also leaves with a portrait of their own.
4
How much does it cost?
There’s an option for every budget. Digital-only experiences start at $700 and include the complete gallery after your event. Packages with on-site printing, so every guest takes home a 4×6 that night, start at $1,300. Extra time and travel are quoted for your event, so send us your date and guest count and we’ll put together a price that fits.

Let’s talk about your event
Pick your date on the calendar to see if it’s open, then tell us a little about your event. We’ll hold the date and email you a quote with pricing and a few ideas for making The Social Portrait part of your night. Holiday dates are the first to go.
