The Rules

1. Renter agrees to The Social House Studio Rescheduling and Cancellation policy

2. Renter agrees to leave the studio, equipment, and adjacent grounds in the same condition, as they were when renter arrived.

3. Renter is aware that there is video surveillance in the common areas for security and accountability purposes

4. Renter is aware that set up and take down is included in your booked time

5. Renter acknowledges that management is not on site during your reservation but reserves the right to enter and remain on site at all times

6. Renter acknowledges that candles, command strips and hard to clean material i.e. confetti/ sand/ glitter or oil etc. are prohibited.

7. Renter agrees no offensive or discriminating productions are permitted on the premises of The Social House Studio

8. Renter agrees to stay within the Studio space, as photography/videography are not permitted outside of the studio space

9. Renter agrees music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and the doors closed at all times. We have neighbors we want to be kind to and respect their space

10. Renter agrees you must be 18 years or older while visiting The Social House Studio, minors must have adult supervision at all times of the booking

11. Renter agrees no parties are permitted at The Social House Studio and will adhere to the Occupancy limit of 12 persons or less

12. Renter agrees no outside food, drinks or alcohol allowed unless previously approved by The Social House Studio

13. Renter agrees to keep The Social House Studio and its premises free of illegal drugs. We have a strict NO smoking rule in the Studio or in the building it resides in.

14. Renter acknowledges that there will be a fee if any of these rules are broken.

15. In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of me or my clients willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions.

16. Use of The Social House Studio/Cthomas LLC is at renter’s own risk. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises.

17. Renter waives liability for any injuries that occur while in the Studio or around the building and will use furniture and props at your own risk

18. I expressly agree to release owners and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to waive any right that I, or my clients have to bring legal action against The Social House Studio/Cthomas LLC for personal injury or property damage
